I am located near the Park Meadows Mall.  I'm next to the Police department on Kimmer.   Please go to the very end of the dead end to the Village office suites.  The suite is located on the front upper side of the building in the "Authentic True”suite (shared suite with other businesses).  You will see the Storage Building on that side.  200's suites front upper side.  100's suites back lower side of building.  I ask that you please have a seat in the sitting area when you come in and I will be out to greet you and give you a health intake form to fill out, if it’s your first time. Help yourself to tea/coffee/water, and restrooms are through the door in the hallway (Left and then another quick left, and not labeled).  Please arrive at least 10 min early for your appointment, if it is your first time.
